Day Two
Awaken Awareness & Expand Perspective
Begin the core developmental journey by exploring identity, emotion, and meaning-making. Through experiential practices and dialogue, you learn to notice patterns, meet your edges, and strengthen the Observer Self — the capacity to see yourself clearly as situations unfold.
Day Three
Practice Presence Under Pressure
Enter the heart of the Chrysalis Experience. Through the Track Experience — a mindfulness dojo at speed — you practice regulation, awareness, and trust inside intensity. Whether driving or observing, insight emerges through embodied experience, reflection, and integration.
Day Four
Integrate Insight & Lead From the Emerging Self
Translate lived experience into leadership capacity. You integrate insights from pressure and presence, practice leading from your Emerging Self, and expand your ability to hold paradox, complexity, and relational impact with greater steadiness and authenticity.
Day Five - Leave (11:00AM)
Consolidate, Commit & Carry Forward
Complete the arc of transformation. Through reflection, commitment, and closure, you clarify what is changing in how you lead and how you will sustain that growth beyond the experience. You leave grounded, connected, and oriented toward continued development and application.
